I did not become a coach because I had it all figured out.
For more than a decade I worked in tech, eventually leading global teams in Data and AI.
On paper, life looked great: the title, the scope, the move abroad.
Underneath, I was overwhelmed, disconnected, and slowly building my way toward a full collapse.
In 2017, it caught up with me. I burned out.
I had no idea how to stop, so eventually I was stopped.
Around the same time, trauma and a few mental-health labels stripped away my spark and my sense of direction.
I kept going anyway, until it landed without warning: no one is coming to save me. This one is on me.
What followed were years of deep, unglamorous work, rebuilding my relationship with myself from the ground up. I learned to make sense of the noise, reconnect with my strengths, and build a life that feels grounded and purposeful instead of permanently on the edge.
Now I help others do the same, with far less trial and error than it took me.
Clients often say the difference is the mix of depth and practicality. We go straight to the core, and stay honest about making real shifts in everyday life.
This isn't endless self-analysis, and it isn't quick fixes. It's sustainable change, built on the belief that you are already enough.
Which is also why my coaching isn't about throwing more theory at you. You already have plenty of that. :)

The person behind
I am one of those curious minds who never really gets bored. Even in rest, I like keeping my hands busy - often with a crochet project or a jigsaw puzzle.
Some evenings you will find me at pilates or playing padel with my family; others I am on the couch with my husband watching TV.
Add in music playing almost all the time, and you get a picture of what makes my life feel wholesome.
I am married to the rock of my helium balloon - Cosmin, and we share our Dutch home with Sven the dog and Olaf the cat - yes, named after the Frozen duo.
