As a Coach
I did not become a coach because I had it all figured out.
I became a coach because I did not.
Years ago, I was where you are - overwhelmed, disconnected, and slowly building my way into full collapse.
On paper, my life looked great.
…until trauma and multiple mental health labels stripped away my spark and my sense of direction.
I kept going, but inside I knew something had to change.
I kept going... until it hit me without warning:
No one is coming to save me. This is on me.
Through years of deep work, I rebuilt my relationship with myself from the ground up.
I learned how to quiet the chaos, reconnect with my strengths, and create a life that feels calm, grounded, and purposeful.
Now, I help others do the same - without years of trial and error.
My clients often tell me that what feels different is the combination of depth and practicality. We go straight to the core and stay intentional about making real shifts in daily life.
This is not about endless self-analysis, nor about quick fixes. It is about sustainable change, rooted in the belief that you are already enough.
That is why my coaching is not about throwing more theory at you - you already have plenty of that.

As everything else
I am one of those curious minds who never really gets bored. Even in rest, I like keeping my hands busy - often with a crochet project or a jigsaw puzzle.
Some evenings you will find me at pilates or playing padel with my family; others I am on the couch with my husband watching TV.
Add in music playing almost all the time, and you get a picture of what makes my life feel wholesome.
I am married to the rock of my helium balloon - Cosmin, and we share our Dutch home with Sven the dog and Olaf the cat - yes, named after the Frozen duo.
