Move the Mountain

A journey from clarity to momentum and beyond.

We all have a “mountain” in our lives... something that feels heavy, stuck, or just out of reach. For some, it is a career change. For others, it is finishing what they started, disconnecting from their phones, or simply recreating balance.

This "hiking experience" is all about a community of people who want to grow together - one step, one insight, and one micro-shift at a time.

The Journey Map

The Move the Mountain experience happens in three phases.
Although they can be joined independently, each one builds on the last, helping you move from reflection to action, and from action to lasting change.

Mountain Campsite Scene

The Basecamp

Purpose:
A reset for clarity and connection.

In this one-day workshop, you will pause, reflect, and identify what “mountain” you truly want to move right now.
You will gain the tools, focus, and motivation to start, and the support of others who understand what it means to begin again.

You will walk away with:

  • Clarity on what you actually want to achieve - personally or professionally.

  • A simple, tangible next step you can take immediately.

  • A sense of belonging and shared motivation.

Format:
🗓 1 full-day weekend workshop (in-person or online)
🤝 Small group size to allow genuine connection and conversation.

The Climb

Purpose:

Sustainable change through rhythm, reflection, and accountability.

Once you have identified your mountain, this is where you climb it, step by step, with structure and support.
You will create small, consistent actions that add up to massive progress.
Every week, you will meet your group, track your wins, and get coached through the inevitable dips in energy and motivation.

You will experience:

  • Real accountability and follow-through.

  • Visible progress on your chosen goal.

  • A shift from knowing what to do to actually doing it.

Structure:

  • Week 1 – Get Focused: Define your direction and plan your route.

  • Weeks 2–6 – Get Uncomfortable: Practice micro-adjustments that change habits and patterns.

  • Weeks 7–11 – Get Intense: Build consistency, confidence, and visible results.

  • Week 12 – Get Going: Integrate all your learnings and set up your plan for continuous success.

Format:
📅 12× 90 min weekly group sessions (online)
💬 4× private 1:1 coaching sessions for deeper reflection and personalization

Beyond the Summit

Purpose:
Keep growing, supported by community and rhythm.

Growth does not end when the program does.
This is the phase where you continue to show up with new goals, new insights, and the same supportive circle of people who have climbed alongside you.

You will find:

  • A space for continued accountability and connection.

  • Group check-ins, challenges, and shared reflection.

  • A reminder that the climb is ongoing and that you are not doing it alone.

Format:
💬 Ongoing online community calls, events, and alumni group.

The community is only available for those who have hiked their mountain and have already joined at least one of the "The Climb" programs.

Our pillars of excellence

🌤 Clarity – Know exactly what you are climbing.
🔥 Courage – Take small steps even when it feels uncomfortable.
🌿 Consistency – Build habits that hold, supported by others.

No quick fixes or motivational highs.

Instead, you will get something more powerful - a process that combines reflection, practical structure, and honest accountability.

Who we are

We are two coaches and facilitators who believe growth is not about fixing yourself, but about understanding what matters and how to channel your resources on that path.

We create a space rooted in honest conversations, practical structure, and joined by a group that walks beside you as you climb.

Because sometimes, all you need is a steady path and people who get it.
